What kind of fan are you running and in what sized space? Where is the ducting coming/going from the cooltube? I'm guessing that with temps like that in a closet, you are bringing in air from closet and re-exhausting into closet.

more pic i dont have any vent only air leaveing is the cool tube should i put a vent at the top and a vent at the botton inside the closet or use a inline fan to suck hot air out room

You'll want to bring in fresh air across the cooltube from outside the closet or at least low in the closet. Use the fan as you are to pull air across the bulb and somehow find a way to exhaust that hot air OUTSIDE of the closet- i.e. cut a hold in the ceiling and vent into the attic. If you are exhausting inside of the closet you are pulling air from, then you will continue to recirculate ridiculously hot temps. If you are only running one fan across the cooltube, you will need another smaller fan to bring fresh air into the closet cab since the air you are bringing in does not get to the plants...only to the light.

Does that make sense? How many CFM is the TDS 6in?

Ive got the same fan cooling two 600's.

I cut a hole in the left and right walls of the closet, so you get fresh air in through the hole in the wall, goes straight over the bulbs, then the fan, and straight out the other side.
Its one straight line, the fan sucks air more efficiently, room stays cooler.
Also, a hole near the bottom for a passive intake, and another 6" fan with a filter on it at the top to get out the heat that the cooltube didnt get, and you should see a further drop in temps.
Good luck

Oh, and dont worry about hacking the walls in a closet, just cut out the circles as best you can, save them. When you move, its a real easy fix. No one really inspects closet ceilings much, in my experience.
