week 3 of flowering plese help

dude Im sorry but i am a straight up newbie and i am in week 3 of flowering and my plant is growing new shit everyday and has hairs all over the place out of control. My only question is when will all the buds start to grow together and get compact and start producing dank crystals?

Give it time man different strains come on differently, usually week 5 you will start to see good development

right on man thanks. I'd post a pic but shes already asleep. Its a bagseed [plant I inherited from my brother and I have kinda bended the rules but its groing like crazy. It was repotted s few weeks ago in some miracle grow soil with nutrients already added thats supposed to feed it up to three months. All I have done is water it and keep it on 12/12 and it sprouts new hairs daily. the only potential problem i see is on a few of the leaves it looks like the end of them were burned.....

you probably mean 3 weeks since you started 12/12 right ? 'cause if you were already floweing for 3 weeks you'd see trichomes, bud formation takes another 3-4 weeks after that, they usually don't fatten up 'till the last two weeks.

yeah man i meant 3 weeks since 12 and 12... but note that after 11/2 weeks of 12 and 2 i started seeing the buds and now at 3 weeks of 12 and 12. there are buds all over the place... or at least hairs where the buds will form... small buds i guess.. much love man thanks

That's why MG soil is a bad idea, it can burn your girls. Some strains thrive in it, some burn just like you're talking about; I burned up some power skunk babies last year with it.

I started with MG soil too; you're better off just getting some peat heavy potting mix from wal-mart and adding 1/3 perlite to it. It's a pain in the ass having to repot when you see burn rather than just watering it out.

well, its only a couple of spots at the top so it may be heat from lamps like i researched in the plant problems thread. does this make sense? I guess i will just leave it in the MG soil and let the prob correct itself from normal waterings... it seems to be healthy as shit as I m seeing new growth every day and every damn time it sprouts another branch, a bud appears on it.. thnks for replying bro.. i will try to post a pic tomorrow and see what yall think... i am thinking with all the new buds constantly appearing that she is in good shape under the circumstances.. i dont know shit about growing but i am just listening to the plant and watering when she is ready and monitoring the temps....

Ya, definitely wouldn't repot that far into flower.
