question about seeds help

everything is going good with my plants and now i want to get some better seeds like some kush or something where is the best site to get them from i dont want to get in trouble for ordering them, and also will have about 10 cfls in one closet growing wil that attract much attention as far as electric bill or like cops flying over in a helicopter? thanks

well 10 cfl might be pushing it... just make sure to turn off EVERYTHING else in the house so you don't tip anyone off.

no the cops won't see your grow unless it's in open view by a window, you'd need ten times that many bulbs to make a difference in your power bill. One thing you need to be worried about is smell. Kush is a smelly strain.
