My first Belladonna grow

Hi everyone, welcome to my first grow journal. This is my first grow, and i am still currently learning by testing out methods and mediums. As you can see by my grow it is a very basic minimalist set-up due to been on a tight budget, but what the hell no harm in trying.
Currently i am using 2 CFL lights in a grow box that you guessed it, used to be a bin  but i thought what the hell i only want to grow 2 or 3 of these babies so i'll give it a try.
Before this i stupidly tried using one CFL, what an idiot. I failed. But since putting 2 CFL's in my very small grow box the plant i am currently growing is looking very healthy and growing very well, and i am germinating another 3.
I will keep posting updates and pics and welcome any constructive crittism and any advice.

This weekend i went away so asked my flat mate to water the plants with just water, but instead sprays water with some bio grow in it on the soil and one of the leaves, but instead of telling me straight away he left me puzzled wondering why just one leaf had started dying.

This is the culprit that is to ashamed to show his face.

I am unsure whether the leaf will heal itself but hoping that it will, any suggestions are welcome.

I have germinated two seeds and planted those into new pots, so hopefully all three will grow but these are regular seeds so there may be chances of males (but hopefully not).

This is just a quick update to show show my Belladonna is coming along since the leaf getting killed incident, its looking healthy and growing at a nice rate.

Im currently using bio grow when i feed it, is it wise to use bio grow with every feed or best to balance it out?

Anyway will post pictures of my two newly sprouted Belladonna soon.

Update with a new pic. Yesterday i noticed that a few of the leaves had very small holes and a couple of leaves were yellow a little, but i put this down to a defiencey of some sort so am upping the amount of vitamins i have been feeding it.
Take a look at the pic ,any suggestions??
