The way to figure it out is l3xw2xh6 = 36 cubic feet in your room.
A fan cfm is cubic foot a minute so a 36 cfm fan would clear your room in 1 minute.
Then depending on if you are using an intake and an exhaust or just one.
Anyways i think anything over 100 cfm would be good.
I would run it for 2 minutes to help with the heat from the 4oo watt.
Are you gunna vent the 400 watt.

Imo the more air the better. Were is the intake air coming from.
I would suggest a 100 cfm or higher intake blowing in air.
And a 100 cfm for exhaust.
The exhaust should be uo near the top and the intake near the floor.

If i put the intake on the floor.. its going to be strong on my plants..

That's a good thing.

It will make your plants stronger because, like you, they don't want to fall over. ;)

A stronger plant can take more weight, meaning it wont break under the pressure of any dense nugs it may create. Logic.

Intake low, out take high
. Hot air rises so get rid of it instead of recirculating it.

arrid is correct .and your other question.
\you need to filter the intake air. and the exhaust air to keep out pest etc.
i use paint strainer bags. they also sell filters made for that.
