Hi there,

I am currently about to start flowering after 5 weeks of veg and was looking for advice on what ppl thought about my current setup and ideas on flowering with this setup.....

Grow room: 1 Ft wide X 2 ft deep by 6 foot in height, 2 pc fans for cooling.

Lights: 1 PURple Nlite 125w + 4 x 25w fluorescent Bulbs(Not Added yet)

Plants: 2 x BiG BUD plants: one is 20" tall the other is about 12"

So far the plants are doing fairly good..

My Questions::

Will the lighting be OK for flowering?Will I have enough space once it starts flowering?

What fertilizer should I change to?

How often should I Fertilize?

Any help or advice appreciated.......

For the lights you are useing you should be stoaked at the plants ,they look well nice close internode's.carry on doing what you are during flowering and just carry it over to flowering but i would add a couple more lights.i'm not sure on your money stat but if you could get your hands on a 250 h.p.s this would increase your yeiled by 100%.but if money is a problem then add a couple low energy cfl's get the daylight spec and the one's that are the same has haveing a normal 150 watt light if you can't get them then add a couple of the same lights but the 75 watt out put[daylight] i would wall mount these harf way up the plants 1 on each side and have the light that you have allready on the top,this should give you a bit extra light coverage.i have started doing this with my mother plants,but i have 2 4ft flouresents on chains hanging inces of the tops of the plants haveing the lights close is key to getting the optimon nodes of the plants you are growing.and then i have 4 wall mounted cfl's kick out same has a 150 watt light these lights have realy impressed me too they are bright has fuck.you don't have to do what i am i have about 6 differant strains mothers.but get them on the flowering cycle now i use vitalink a and b for flowering my main crop is done in hydrophonics so i give my soil plants the same food and they love the stuff i also add buddy this is a top product gives you that extra little edge.but before i was growing hydro i used milicle grow for both bloom and flowering.hope this helps[tyke]If the plant is a 8 week strain i think big bud is i done a grow of it b4 but that was time ago,then you want to make sure that you flush the plants during the grow in the 3rd week and the 6th week and then in the final week this will stop any excess salt build up i've been doing this for time now and my plants are alot happyer and the yeild is far better quility wise.You want to be feeding the flowering feed 2 times a week at most too many people get into a robot style of watering and it is unnessasery when you do water wet the plants through i mean drench those bitches then wait till the top 3 ince is dry the re~water this will give you a plant that will not become rootbound premature.put them in the biggest pots you can find bigger roots means bigger yeild.The night light is uncalled for waste of electric the electric that you are useing on this light you couls add a extra 4 wall mounted cfls.The only time a night light is needed is when you can only work with the plants at night.But if the timers are set right even if you are working like me you still can deal with the plants before lights out.Put has much reflective material on the walls has possible mylar is unbeatable this will increase the lights out put,walls ceiling floor.Also add a little sugar to your flower feed this works great for the plants add about 25 ml of sugar to a litre of boiling water wait for it to cool then feed this every week do this a couple of time the hot water will melt the sugar so stire the mix to disspurce the sugar till it dissapears.And the last thing is make sure that the black out period is not interupted this can mess with the plants,i sometimes even put my plants in total darkness for 48 hours on the first two days of flowering this get's the plant into flowering mode faster.

lights fine for now if you add the other bulbs too. I'd top that taller one and clone the top, it's too tall for your light to penetrate after the stretch. You don't change fertilizer until flowering has commenced (takes a couple of weeks)
Try to restrain your number of questions to one or two per post or no one will respond.
Oh and get a reflector on that light, your losing half your energy out the back
