Econo Light good?

I just ordered a Fluralux (link) from htgsupply and i was wondering if this (link) is as good?

i may add another 150w for flowering and if i do i was thinking about getting the ecnolight. does this Buzz more or is it a fire hazard?

I've got one like econolight sells and it's quiet, you'll have to do some modifying for using it as a grow light. I took the glass off (it blocks some of the light and is unecessary).You need to supply your own plug cord and wire it to the light (easy).You have to drill holes in the 4 corners and put hooks in it to hang it up. You might want to make sure it works first before doing that in case you have to return it.

do i have to open it up seperate the ballast? or can i just get the plug and leave it the way it is?

I did but wouldn't bother if I bought another one. The ballast frame is glued to the metal box and draws off enough heat, a fan blowing on it would help keep it cooler.
