oh ill be watching them grow bro. LOLjust wanna say:
STAY TUNNED!!!
True, roots will turn green!Clear containers = light on roots = bad. Duct tape those little homes up so light cant penetrate.
Do a search anywhere with 'roots exposed to light'. I've seen pictures and read in several places that it is BAD for your plants.clear containers will not hurt a think. its actully better you can watch the root grow and watch for root problems.
See are you just saying that or have you EVER tried it?Do a search anywhere with 'roots exposed to light'. I've seen pictures and read in several places that it is BAD for your plants.
It might not be detrimental, but its still not good. I would think if roots didn't mind light they would grow right to the surface of the medium. They don't because they can sense the light when they get close to the surface.
yeah thats the same thing i had in mind, clear containers will not hurt a think. its actully better you can watch the root grow and watch for root problems.
wow you searched that and thats all you can come up with. well the last time my rolling papers. maybe you better use the searchagain and learn what roots are and what they do. roots are to stabelize the plant, meaning they grow down not up toward the light, and to take in all its feed.Do a search anywhere with 'roots exposed to light'. Where's mygirls back up of his position with ANY kind of link, picture, paragraph, etc.? Fair is fair.See are you just saying that or have you EVER tried it?
I have tried it and I agree with mygirls, the plants showed no difference between the ones in clear containers and the ones in dark containers.
If you are going to make an argument then at least try to back up your position with ANY kind of link, picture, paragraph, etc.
To just say, "I heard it from some guy" or "I saw it somewhere" does not help anyone.
Have you seen mygirls grows? I listen to that guy man, he has had some real nice plants!
bro......try it out! don't go by hearsay, if you tried it, you would be a believer too!!!clear cups allow you to see the roots progress so right before she comes rootbound, you can transplant. when my better half comes back from vacation, I'll give you your pictures you wantmy queen took the camerabut try it out.....then you can diss it...I got 25 seeds going in clear cups as we speak.....Where's mygirls back up of his position with ANY kind of link, picture, paragraph, etc.? Fair is fair.
I have to agree that if roots grew better exposed to light then Mother Nature would have thought of it 1st and all planters and containers would be clear.
Go figure. I don't believe that it was good advice.
Mygirls has many nice grows and plants; some just amazing, but how many of his plants are in clear containers?
