new pics! i took a couple pics with the lights off there still phone camera pics.

they are coming up to 4 weeks in flowering. can anyone tell me do the buds look alright at nearly 4 weeks. they have loads of crystals near the buds it looks nice. so far the buds don't seem too airy. as this is my first attempt ever i'm not too sure what it should be looking like.

Looking great bro. I'm actually about a week ahead of you. But yours are way bigger than mine. (I messed up my timer and fucked my 12/12. hopefully they will pick up.).

I'll keep checking in on ya. I bet you can't wait to smoke so of your own green.

i cant wait at all. a week ahead? what lights do you have on at the moment? i have the 125w 25000k purple and the 200w 2700k red on. and i have a third light thats 125w 6400k blue aswell but i dont have to much room left

it was about 2 weeks into flower when I messed up the light cycle. And had it like that while I was away in Lanzarotte . two weeks of 12 on 2 off 2 on and 8 off. Messed them up.

I've got 10 20watt 2700k cfl's, and a 200 watt red eco light.

Mine should be at the stage yours is but thats what you get when you fuck up.

do you have a watering drip? 20watts bulbs tend not to have a lot of light spectrum i think there was a graph on the box of the eco lights. i woke up today to have a look and to water the plants and the branch with the most buds on it was completely tipped over and i had to tie up most of the branches i will post new pics tomorrow its really starting to look very good and tasty! dieing to smoke it!

No watering drip. The tray that the pots are in fills up 4 times a day with nutes for 15mins. Then drains.
Plenty of people use 20 watt 2700k for flowering, I couldn't find anything highter than 23watt cfls. Tried everywhere. Originally I had 2 envirolites, but thats another story.

Sounds like your plants are fattening up nicely. Can't wait for t he pictures.

Did you take any clones from your plants earlier in your grow. Or are you going from seed again next grow.

i dont know they were bag seed. i didnt take any clones because as soon as this grow is finished i have to take the setup down because i have to move house and im not sure if i can set it all up in the new house. but i will try my best to keep it all going to try find the best combo to grow with eco lights.

heres a few new pics the branches are tied up but with thread so you cant really see them. the branches were completely tipped over with the weight of the buds. they seem to be doing very nicely

Looking like they are filling up nicely.

What size is that bud in the first picture? Looking back over your journal you said the plants were hitting 2 foot high. How wide are they.

My plants are growing like mad. Pruning all the time. My biggest of the White widow I'm growing is 2 foot high by about 2.5 feet wide. Branches are as thick as AA batteries.

Did you use a fan in on your plants while in veg? If not, it might explain why the branches are bending over.

Then again could be just phat buds forming. lol

the big one is about 3ft tall now and about 2ft wide the branches on my plant are kind of thin that would be why the branches tipped over but i tied them up so they should be just fine. the crystals are looking like frost. every day i look at it it just makes me want to smoke it more and more. i think i will wait the full 10 weeks so that i can get an alright yield. i didn't have a fan and i still don't but i'm working on making one because the space is too small for a normal fan so i'm going to try and make a solar powered fan. all i need is a few solar panels. i'm not sure if it will work but i think it should.

I got a six inch fan in Argos for 8 euro.

Or go to maplin and get a couple of lager PC fans.

cheers i just found a fan in argos that ill go pick up in the next couple days. i was'int sure if you could get a small fan that was'int battery powered. didn't think of argos.

had a look in today and the orange bud is only starting to get its orange hairs now. the buds really seem alright when i read through this forum and others people always say there is no point in using anything other than HPS. you can grow some nice shit with eco lights(enviro lights) ill post new pics in a couple days.

Ya you can still get a good private stash with CFL's and envirolites. Just have to keep the lights as close as possible to the plants. Take more maintainence but who cares. I'll out with my plants 3 times a day anyway.
