I truly wish I knew all the loops of where this stands and in particular, specifically WHOSE hands this decision next lies upon.
I know if I had the floor for 10 minutes, I would positively, without question, leave an impression for those who are in doubt of legalizing. I sure hope it's not Earl Jones alone who is actively pushing for this bill.
10 minutes of their attention would speak VOLUMES.

Thanks for the bumps guys. Trying to get as many eyes on this thread as possible.
I feel ya babs, but if politicians don't even listen to each other, they sure as hell aren't going listen to their constituents (or is it vice versa...my point is they don't listen to anyone except those putting money in their pocket). That's the problem with politics--you have to suck ass (figuratively AND literally) to get anywhere, which creates a deterrent to the normal, compassionate people who SHOULD be running for government, instead of the corrupt losers we put there year in and year out.
Somehow, we seem to have elected a politician who DOESN'T suck ass to the highest political post in our country. Let's just hope some of that not sucking can trickle down the ladder, but I'm not holding my breath.

Raleigh huh? Im about an hour North, up on Kerr Lake.
I sent a fairly long message to every member of the N.C. State General Assembly and would suggest that everyone from N.C. do the same even though most will of course not be your actual Representatives.
The more we say and the stronger we appear the better the chances are of something positive happening.

Seems like there are more people on our side than I thought! Even funding!

Thanks alexlock! I too am not far from Raleigh (I frequent one of the 5th Season Hydro Shops when I need things for my operation).
I also just placed an order with attitude on the 15th, so I'm expecting it by the end of the week. What strains did you order? I got some Lowryder#2/AK47 feminized autoflower and some barney's blue cheese--can't wait.
