Noob(s) Grow Room

Ok so me and my a few of my friends are starting to plan our grow room build we have a 10ft x 10ft space which is 7ft high.

I was thinking of sog in clay pebbles using four 600hps .
The initial grow will probably be from clones from a friend maybe cheese or skunk#1. Do you guys think this is the best way to utilise this space for maximum yield or would you do things differently.
Any advice would be apreciated

haha, good call. yeah, i wouldn't grow with anyone if i were you. people always flip on you if shit goes south.

anyway, some questions for you. is this your first grow? what kind of ventilation are you working with? is the grow room located in a neutral location or is one of you gonna take the major fall if you get caught?

a 700 cu ft room is damn big for a beginner. i would cut that shit down by 75% and start there. learn on a few plants and then work your way up. no point blowing an entire crop on some dumb mistake. sog is a great way to go for big yields, but again, start small and increase when you are confident that you can handle a large quantity of plants.
