Nitrogen & Potassium

I read that increasing nitrogen and lowering potassium in the 1st 2 weeks increases the chance of females.....How do I create this envoroment? I have only been growing for about a year but my indoor plants under CFL's end up being mostly males. Please help......I am running out of seeds

the plant is already male or female

buy feminized seeds if you want females only, otherwise it could be anything
