lets just say i became enlighten to the fact i was surrounded by snakes and pathological liars at the other site...

so i just got tired of it and took the higher road.

besides, i just wanna grow good pot, fuck all the other shit. i've learned that drama is everywhere. roll up a blunt and say fuck it.

i see you got a SJ Darkroom...aha, i remember 3 years ago telling folks they were gonna be the shit! show ya right, eh? lol

hope all is well!
I'm very impressed with the SJ, you were right. Who can tell me what the little ~3"holes are for? Electrical cords? Some up top and some down low.

I enjoy my time at the other place, but I'm tuned out just enough to not have a clue about the drama. Kinda like real life. I only hear about 1/4 of what goes on, lol. As I get older, life is easier the less attention I pay to the rest of world.

thas what i call a tough love invite!!!

well i just looked, i dont really have pics of the little holes... butttttttt

ill show anyway :p

32 of those suckers in the aero (White Russian). got some on drippers too (yes i know i need to lollipop again)

i 'duct' all the cords or whatever through the high 3" port and the drain line from the aero system and pump plug out the lower 3" port

i use up my bottom 6" with a forced intake with a hepa filter (of course not necessary at all....but if you know me, you know im captain overkill :p :hump: )

left side bottom 6" is just tied off with my dripper lines ran through

left to right air flow

is that good enough for ya SoG?

 nice clean setup LB, is that the 150 or 120 in your pics

btw: pic in second post is the 150 (check the left corner in the pic)
your right cant see the 3" holes in that pic,
also the vent seems smaller on this unit compared to the 240 or the 300
full specs for all units are in the second attachment post #703 (DR, DS, TNeon)

haha, although i do love my k&n filters for my cars....its kinda different. but i still think the same thing. and with enough fan power they almost suck and sound like the cold air intakes and cold air induction :hump:

however, they are not oiled. Deau Passe is the name...i looked up the site for ya

Yo Picaso - I think you are right about the little 3" holes... I have the DR120W - with 2 such holes - I use the low ones for my pump cords and the higher one for my light cords - they seem perfect for that? ...or perhaps some kind of 3" ducting with axial fans or something?

I wish the tents did have some sort of side mounting capabilities - for perhaps a fan, controller of some sort, etc.

Having said that - I really like it!

OMG! That is sic! Looks killer! Wow - great job on the tent - love those fans! What kind are they?

Oh yeah - the babies look fantastic - super healthy!

Duh - I just posted about using the 3" holes for cords as you suggested - I did not see you were doing that way already - pay no mind to me!

1. TYVm for the compliments
2. All fans are Sunleaves Windtunnels
3. TY, they are approaching third week...cute little budlets are appearing :hump: ..you know stage :p
4. No problem... all suggestions are suggestions, even if they are repeated. we all here to grow killer weed and set up banging ass OPs. OVERGROW brothers!!!

and btw, heres a pic of the fan for the light, i figured someone may ask how is the cooltube being cooled with no fan...i decided to keep it on the outside i guess to help with heat and better ducting

you can make your own with hooks and some plywood or something lighter

real easy

however, i dont keep any controllers inside the tent for fear of the lights hermie'n something

the only sensor that will go in the tent is the sensor from the chhc-1

Yeah - I too run my timers outside the tent - but you brought up an interesting point - I was wondering about the light emitted from Sentinel devices and such... I just use my tent for veging and cloning but in my main room I have the CHHC1, a DRT-1, an AC, and a dehumidifier - that all emit light from their displays. I have always assumed that the green light used commonly for display and indicator lights was photoperiod safe? The CHHC-1 and the DRT-1 utilize such a green light for indication and then red for the display... is this red display a problem? I have not had an issue in the past - but in my new flower room, I have to admit - it seems kind of bright with the lights out due to the controller, timer, ac, dehumid displays... now the Sentinel devices are photo sensitive and they do not sense it as daylight, but I would be interested to hear your experience with this?

Personally I don't think those little LEDs have enough lumens to harm, but I suppose that if you had enough of them they add up. I have always had some sort of little light in my grows - power strip or 5/1 timer - something. I try and keep a piece of tape over it if I remember, but sometimes I dont.

I probably shouldn't say it and jinx myself, but I've never had a hermie in my life. But I've always had very lightproof rooms too aside from the occasional tiny light...

I love my Sunleaves. You might have turned me onto that LB. I can't praise it enough. Not a hiccup out of it after running probably a year straight now on the hot side of my lights. It also lets me dial it up and down with the Speedster with no complaints.

In that giant tent, after venting the light and a huge carbon filter, my 6" still pulls the outside canvas of that tent hard up against the poles when I zip shut the door. I can actually leave the door open and no smells escape the tent it pulls that much air.

i think plants perceive light differently then humans
its still a valid point though, anyone can shed some scientific light ;-)

that's also an indication of how well the tent is sealed when zipped, sweet!
