What is your soil combination? Have you checked the PH any? Its hard to tell by the pic, so hard to say. If you have poor draining soil it could be part of it. With something so young, if the soil is right, it should drain fairly easily out of the bottom of the pot. If your soil is to rich it could be choking out your plant. The humidity seems ok for know, although it will have to be lowered around week 3. between 50 and 70. You may want to go ahead and lower your humidity and get good readings on your soil and the water you feed it by a PH meter. $10.00 at walmart or lowes. If your soil is up to par, you shouldn;t have to nute for the 1st 3 weeks. after that i would reccomend BMO (Blue Mountain Organics) ebay only and very cheap!!! But this stuff will blow you away. Email with any questions or call and they can guide you through. Other than that I really cant give you a definitive answer based on the above. If its your soil, give it 20% perlite for drainage, dolomite powder to get your ph down around the 7 mark and maybe move your light back a lil bit, because those could be burn marks...... good luck
