CoolTubes CFM Question

Hello, Dorfton Here! I'm kinda new here! Is there a thread that calculates how much cfm per light in cool tubes is required? I have two 8" tubes with a 600w hps and a 1000w hps. I want to add a scrubber at one end of the lights with the fan pulling through them on the other end, then feeding out through 15 feet of 8" ducting. I have yet to buy a fan and scrubber because I'm still in the planning and acquiring equipment stage and am waiting for my mom's to grow a little longer. Anyone know approximately how much fan cfm I would need? And will it work ok if the fan is pulling through the lights and scrubber and then out (look at my description below)? Thanks in advance for any suggestions everyone! I try to read as much as i can before asking, just was having problems finding info on these topics.

exhaust hose exhaust hose exhaust hose < Fan < Cooltube < Hose < Cooltube < Carbon filter
OR
exhaust hose exhaust hose exhaust hose < Cooltube < Hose < Cooltube < Fan < Carbon filter

If you are blowing cool air to the tubes, intake fan cold air > cooltube > room > exhaust fan > carbon filter

if you're blowing out hot air then

intake fan cold air > room > cooltube > exhaust duct > fan > carbon filter.
