Buds growing on the leaves???

Yesterday i went into my room for some alone time with my girls and i was checkin shit out and to my suprise i noticed that i have a couple of buds growing off of the center of my leaf??? Have you ever heard of this

I am positive give me some time to get the pic up and i am glad that i am not the only one intrested.it is definatly a bud man

Only ever heard of this reading "Marijuana Botany" by R.C. Clarke.

Page 90 has illustration, and this trait is discussed on page 88.

I'd try and seed those babies if I were you. At least get some clones of that plant for future experimentation.

does anyone know why? or how? this happens.it would be nice if the buds like that would would get nice n fat but i don't think it will get any bigger than a .5 it would realy help on the yield ..lol

I've heard of this before around RIU...nice to see a good example of it though. Not sure why it happens, but clone that bitch! That's just bonus buds right there!

I read something about that once as well.. I definetly agree with Lumbo! Man would i love to get a specimen of that :o
