Seed time to small plant 5inch high? AG

yea hey hows it going, first time poster new time reader.
just recently recieved my ag and bought a few things to go with it...
but ive had my seeds in there going on 3weeks now and nothing has happened much more than when i germinated them.

1 plant looked good it grew about 1cm tall and was green b4 it had 2 tiny leaves but now it has turned white..

ive just been using the 2 cfl and 1 extra cfl in a spot light fittings and have the ag in a capnet tarped up with a
Been have trouble to find fittings for cfls that are cheap any advice for aus?

well no nutes have been used yet
what do you thing the normal time should be around for seed to a smal plant..?
just hoping to not fail next time round this is my first attempt

What are the temperatures in the res and grow area?

If you check out my grow in my sig, they have been going for 2 weeks and a day, that will give you some idea of what to look for.

Definitely something wrong though.

hey cheers man checked your guide , ithought they were dead was joping late bloomers.
gona move the aero g inside out of the garage ill get a few of them downlights... ive had trouble finding cheap fittings in local hardware stores in aus
