Why don't you give us some bullet points..
You want us to read the book, sounds good , but lets hear your abbreviated book report.

Was Hemp outlawed because of Nylon?

Was Hemp unfairly treated as a drug and treated like Communism during the McCarthy era?

OK, but what are your views and opinions on the matter?:peace:

Was Nylon a factor at all?
Mind control another factor, becuz' the Establishment doesn't want people thinking outside the norm?

Just wondering....

These are a few things spoke of in the book that come to mind right now.

*- Yellow journalism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

*- Harry J. Anslinger - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

*- Hashshashin - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (Read the Etymology section)

It also talks about "The Land of Mulberry and Hemp," aka China and it's history with cannabis.

I'm sorry, you'll just have to read it yourself. I have to find a job!

Knowledge is Power.
And people need to keep learning! :peace:
