What would that regimen cost per crop, and how many plants/crop?
A better way to do the math would be cost/gram if you got the numbers..

And if you want to grow good pot, I suggest you buy a 18-4-8 and a 10-30-20....available at your friendly Wallymart. If you want to use Advanced Nutrients i would suggest you to get at least:
Sensi Grow & Bloom A+B
Voodoo Juice (Root enchancer)
B-52 or any (B1 supplement)
BudBlood (Week 1 flowering)
BigBud (Week 2-5 flowering)
Overdrive (Week 6-7 flowering)
Peters, Schultz, Dyna-Gro, Sam's Choice, Harrell's, Plant Food, High-Yield, etc. What brands are those that you use UB??
I just don't recall ever seeing 18-4-8 products in stores.. [/quote
You probably won't either. I buy commericial products in bulk and many have a formula similiar to that. I was just emphasizing a high N food and a high P food, 2 products is all you need. This is the closest you'll come to it. http://www.scottspro.com/products/fertilizers/peters_pro.cfm
Dyna-Gro has a 9-3-6 "Foliage Pro" that fits the bill.

lmao thats my point exactlyOh there is your problem right there.. The salts are salts statement applies to different sources of the same salts.. I guess I thought that much was obvious.. As far as the NPK sources themselves go, salts are salts, cations are cations, anions are anions.. Its management of them that is key.. And thats easier said than done with some cheaper mixes, and even moreso if you use multiple products..
Fancy fertilizers are more than salts alone these days, but its worth noting that alot of the extras are only redundant sources for things that should already be in healthy soil..
