Surrogate mothers(breast feeders) have been used for thousands of years, quite likely.
Breasts lactate with demand.... As far as I know. If you continue to breast feed a child you'll continue to produce milk -indefinitely.

Saying these things are no different means you are suggesting that there is an age where it is appropriate for a child to suck a penis. I am in no way twisting your words by interpreting your argument that way.
I have no disagreement with this. I think that woman's decision is far from healthy, but in no way is it even a fraction as damaging as same-sex sexual child abuse. Your comment is totally extreme.
I guarantee there is plenty of documentation that shows the effects of these respective situations on child development.
The line should be drawn by the parent. In this case that is unfortunate, since this woman is not helping her child in any way with her choice. But her abuse is limited to the psychological implications her actions will have in our society, it's not some fundamental perversion, like the other thing you suggested.
