New cabinet need help

Alright here is what I am doing. I have a 4.5 foot tall 2.5 foot wide 2 foot deep stealth cabinet I am making. I am trying to add a fan in a shelf that is about 12 inches down from the top and blowing up. I also have attached a 4 inch vent in the back. Here is my problem. I don't know much about ducting and I need to figure a way to attach a a dryer hose (4 inches in diameter) from the vent to a 6 inch collar with a lip that is around the top of the shelf fan. I found a 6 to 4 inch reducer but it is too tall to sit on top of the shelf. So I need to jimmy rig it some how. Any ideas?

Well my other idea is just gunna have the fan outside your room

Cut yer hole in @ an angle, then attach the fan from the outside of the cabinet

Thanks for the suggestions, but I went with the handi mans secret weapon ... DUCT TAPE! just cut slits in the end of the 6 inch ducting sqeezed it arround the 4 inch and taped it up tight. It worked amazingly well with no noticeable air leaks so far.
