When to take out the males?

Hey guys I'm 3 days into flowering. On what day do you think I should be able to tell for sure what sex the plants are?

Now, if they are mature? Did you wait for alternating nodes? If so look at the 6th node, what do you see? Hopefully not this picture below.

Yes they are very mature, 7 weeks in an aeroponics garden. They are almost 4ft. I can tell the diff between male and female. I just want to know at what day into flowering I should be able to tell what sex all the plants are?
