How much of this do i use? (pics)

I need to know how much to mix.
From what I am reading i should mix a tablespoon per gallon. How many times should I water the plant. Its outdoors so does that mean it needs more?
I would just like a second opinion plz

Outdoors meaning what? Outdoors in the soil or outdoors in a pot?

If it's in a pot then you treat it as if it was inside under lights.

Start it off at 1/2 tablspoon per gallon and see how the plant takes up the nutrients - next watering give it plain water and then if necessary give it another 1/2 tablespoon per gallon or increase it to 3/4 tablespoon etc.

watch the color of the leaves. it takes about 3 days for them to fully respond.
