Design Questions CFL

Hi, I have just began the process of constructing a grow room in a closet. The area has been lined with Aluminum Foil and is about 2x2x3. I purchased 2 100 Watt 2500K CFL Coil Lights and 2 5600K lights of the same kind. I positioned them a few inches from the seed I germinated and planted. It has been under the lights for a little over a day. I have a fan for fresh air but lack the warmth I think is necessary. It is about 60 or so in my house and I am afraid the CFLs wont provide the warmth necessary for growth. I bought a standard bag of starter soil with perlite in it but should I had Vermic. for drainage? The soil seems to be as wet as it was from the first watering yesterday. Will the standard Veg/Bloom Miracle grow fertilizer work ok?

4 100w cfl's will put off a butt load of heat.if your using all your lights it's over kill. I have 7 sprouts under 1 80w cfl. keep that light about 8-10" off the tops due to heat. you might add a little lime to your seedling soil. I used mg nutes on a few grows it will work but I didn't like using it.

Oh alright then, Thanks. As for the actual vegetation, will the previously stated lights I have be sufficient for the duration of it. I'm gettin a 400 Watt HPS for Flowering in the mail soon so hopefully the setup works. Any suggestions of some nutrients that youve had immense luck with? Would anyone suggest running the 400 Watt as well as a few CFL coils together for the full course of growth?

get rid of the foil now. Like right now. Just tear it off...it causes burns.

I've heard so many conflicting opinions on foil idk what to believe now. I managed to keep most of it quite flat leaving not that many angles to focus light on any one point of the plant more than another. Do you have any other suggestions? The walls arent quite finished nor are they really that paintable. Will 4 CFL Coil lights and a 400 Watt HPS suffice 6 plants in a 2x2x3 area. in ;your opinion?

Hey just to make sure, are your cfls actually 100w or 100w equivalent? Read the side of the bulb if it says something like 23-26w, then you're fine with what you've got, and keep them 2-4 inches off the plant, but if they really are 100w (one big ass bulb) go with stumps' advice.
