I'm just starting out and i figured something is better then nothing so I got an aquarium PH test kit (PH up/down and tester kit cost me $15 bucks) the problem is its not too accruite.Ya put drops into the water sample and depending on the colour it turns you put up or down in and try to get it to a perticular shade of green.so i was wondering since its not too accruite is it better to be on the low side or high side. Thanks budz:weed:

It all depends if your growing is soil or hydroponic. If you are in soil then you should have your ph between 6.0 and 7.0 and if you are in hydro then you want the ph to be somewhere between 5.5 to 6.1. I am doing hydroponic and i like to set my ph everyday at 5.7... I am following Advanced Nutrients directive.
