Building a cabinet need to know if I am missing anything

Ok so I am moving from my closet shelf to a slightly roomier cabinet and one that I can get better access to my plants and lights. I am making it 48H x 24W x 30L I am putting a door on the front that I can open like a normal cabinet. Then I have 2 light strips that hold 3 CFL's each that I am putting on pulleys from the cieling of my cabinet and 2 high velocity 4inch fans. I want to put one on the back middle blowing in and one fan on the top right sucking out hot stale air. On the exhaust fan I am going to attach a piece of breathable nylon filled with carbon. Also I am not sure what the reflective lining most people use is so in the mean time I am using aluminum foil. Then for convience I am attaching a surge protector to the back so I can plug in all the lights and fans. I plan on growing 6 plants in 20 oz bottles. So am I missing anything? And what is that reflective surface most people use and where would I find that? Thank you in advance for the help.

can the foil...most people use mylar...or just paint the inside with flat white paint
Is there anything wrong with using foil as a reflective surface? I would rather not use mylar since one I thik it is probably allot more expensive and second I don't have any idea where to find it. Plus I hate walking into Home Depot and saying I need something cause they always ask me what I am building. Now for the wood paneling I had them cut it was easy, I told them I was building a storage cabinet for my garage. But what other uses are there for reflective mylar than just indoor gardening?

foil causes heat spots..which can burn your plants...i know they use mylar for some wrapping paper...they use it for a ton of stuff

Ok well I looked into mylar and according to thier website Home Depot doesn't sell mylar of any kind. Any ideas what type of store I would be able to find it at? I am not really willing to order anything off the internet. Also I am using only CFL lights that I can hold in my hand all day while they are on and they wont ever be hot enough to burn me. Can they still cause heat spots?

So far they are doing well in vegatation mode I may add more later if needed. I already have a dual 20 watt fluorescent light fixture I can put in thier and another regular light socket I can add too. As far as painting the inside flat white That won't be so easy since it is made of plywood and the unfinished side is on the inside of the cabinet. So I am not sure how well paint will stick, but I will ask Home Depot if there is anything that will work well for that. Thanks again for the tips.
