Get those lights 1 inch away, there stretching. CFLs run verrryyy cool, ive got a fan blowing on mine and the plants can actually touch the lights with out gettin burnt....
Every time you half the distance between the lights and your plants, you are quadrupling the amount of light because light intensity is proportional to 1/ distance squared..... put them as close as you possibly can.

they look chilled for a week man what lights u using ??? look fine to me mate

They look healthy... just stretched cause there reaching for the light to much. Onestly m8 just put em as close as u can without burning them.
