I am new to growing. I work 5 days a week and I'm in pain every day because of my job. I love my job but I chose to stop taking pain killers and start smoking weed 2 months ago, but I don't feel good about going to a people to buy smoke when here I need some and its costing me money I could be spending for my bills. I have decided to start growing my own. I have picked out the perfect spot that I wanna grow but its not setup for that so I will be growing in a temp area till I get the area built for the proper use. I will be doing updates every day to 2 mayby 3 if there's not much that has changed. So grab your rollies , bong pipes , sit back toke it and enjoy.:leaf:

Ok , today I whent out shopping for my suplies , I didn't but it all at once since that wouldn't look very good so I spred it out through out town and did 2 trips. I payed stright cash so that it won't be able to get traced from CC , Bank card and such. My room is a mess right now due to the fact that I've been busy working and in the process of painting my room but here are some pics of my room that I have to work with , but I will be growing in my closet Canadian style.

Well shit son, you're lucky I don't sleep or I would've missed the chance to post ;). Looks like you're all set for a good grow (hell of a lot of CFLs). One thing about lighting though mate, the way your lights are currently mounted is not very effective ... There is an article here somewhere that does a light intensity test that shows CFLs operate best in a horizontal fashion, most lumenage and foot candles are emitted from the middle of the spiral as opposed to the tip. Other than that, (only because I'm an organic junkie) I'd be careful with the MG soil, and happt growing my friend. Peace and love

Thanks , that's just a temp setup till I build my grow area in my closet so I'm not to woried about getting the best quite yet , once I start building my grow area then that's when I'm going to do more setup planing

I don't plan on going hard on the nutes since I'm new to this, if any thing I'm gonna be scared to add nutes that's kinda why I bought some B-1 Thrive.

Was it teasing to see my journal getting worked on but wasn't open for posting? :bigjoint::leaf:

sorry that you're going through the pain issue..

and i agree with you when it comes to the reason why you're growing... that how i feel... why spend money on a plant, that you can grow yourself
