It sounds like you're the one trying to re-write science. Per the earlier quote I posted from Greg Green's book, the male plant does contain THC and in the case of superior genetics, it may contain even more THC than a female of a weaker strain.

Why the hostility? Obviously for most growers they're going to want sensimilla but for a micro grower who only grows 1 plant at a time, if that person ends up with a male, maybe they should flower it and try the technique described for themselves?

+rep for mabulja. That exactly what happened.. it was one plant.. turned out to be male.. thought fuck it! ill let it grow and flower then see what happens. If you want to stay stuck in your caves denying that male plants contain thc then so be it.

i'm not hostile, i'm laughing. you are qouting nonsense out of a book. those pics i'm posting are mine. i have NEVER seen a male contain more THC then a female. we'd all be growing males.

some newbie got high off a male, big deal. stop making it all sound like a major break thru. it called toelrance levels. yes all marijuana contains trace amounts of THC, but it's the resin covered females we seek.

keep your males, i need a good laugh. :-P:weed:

Look, I'm sorry you feel insulted in some way over this but the point here is that the guy is not experiencing any "Placebo Effect" and no one is claiming that some major scientific breakthrough has occurred. The male plant does contain THC and in the case of superior genetics, the male plant may contain more THC than a female of a weaker strain. I think we have established that much per The Cannabis Grow Bible (which is listed as a consistent best seller by several vendors including Amazon).

If a micro grower ends up with a male then he/she could discard the entire grow, OR he/she could continue to fruit the male to ultimately smoke, make hash oil, or produce butter (obviously at the cost of a significantly lower yield but potentially at an equal or higher overall potency).

I'm failing to see where there is a problem. Isn't the point of a forum like this to help people? Mocking this guy and calling him a liar only diminishes the quality of a online resource like this one.

STOP putting words in my mouth. i never said anything about a placebo, i never called anyone a liar and i am not insulted. i even said "if ones tolerance level was low enough".

show me 1 male plant that is more potent than any female, just one.

you are not going to get shit off a male. it would cost you more to grow it then to just go buy some pot. if you are a "micro grower" and you are keeping males then you are being less than productive. plain and simple.

well the seed cost about...... 5 dollars.. and the water was free.. the dirt was free.. and the ferts.. well i would have used around a dollar max.. so 6 dollars.hmmm worth it to me!

ok im going to vape some more.. after not smoking female ganja.. so only thing ill be having is male flower and abit of leave. I weighed it.. though it seemed like a large quantity it comes only to a 1/4 of a gram. However this is the vape whip nice and stuffed. So unlike yesterday i wont have smoked female ganja abit before so we will see what happens. Now before you say that i was just still high off the female ganja no.. i noticed a pronounced increase in highness yesterday. Today we will see what happens.. I'm open to anything. If i am wrong then i'm wrong. Open mind. will hit it in a few hours.

These dudes that breath ganja all day don't get it.

Oh yeah, and I'm sick of people saying 'just buy some weed.' Maybe I don't buy weed! There's lot's of reasons not to...

males can be smoked, it just depends what strain of bud it is, if you happen to have a g13 or herojuana male (or any other powerful strain for that matter), cut the leaves off that muthafucka and smoke em, if you have a stress male, different story,
