1. At what age do I start the vegetative nut.
2. At what age is the seedling stage over and vegetative growth begins
3. At what age do I change my light from 24/7 to 12/12
4. How many weeks will it take to flower once i ve switched to 12/12 and the bud nut.
5. So how old is the plant before i pull it out of the soil.
6. My plants 16 days old today. My temp is 77 Degrees F
Since i dont know how to re-pot very well it has been in its permanent home since day 1 and this is where its gonna have to bud: a 6 gallon pot. It seems to like its home and is doing quite well there. No stem issues because i made a mound of dirst up around the stem from day 1 and that way it never got watered. As a matter of fact the stem has changed in the past day or two from a wimpy looking thing to more of a stalk looking thing and its a little bigger too.
I saw a guy on here in the grow journal section and he used pro-mix soil and safeway refresh purified water. Well my plant is a Northern Bright (Feminized Northern Light) and i chose the refresh water and pro-mix method. i only have the one plant in the closet and (1) 125w cfl.
They're Hydrofarm and i have a warm 2700k for budding.
When is it safe for me to get the cfl within 1 inch - what age?
And when can I start watering until i see alittle coming through the bottom holes on the pot, wait until it dries and then do the same thing again? That same guy on the grow journal section said he had been growing for a while and said thats how he watered his. i also have heard you only need to water every 3 days. And nut every 9. And to only use 1/4 of the bottles recommended mixture. does everybody water that way - until you can see just a little coming out the holes in the bottom of the pot? I think all this watering i ve been doing is causing the orange spot(s) on my plant. i think i only need to water every three days - but how much i need to know.
