In California. Possibly. Assembly Bill 390 will legalize the cultivation and selling of cannabis, it will also place major taxes on the commercial selling of it; pumping billions of dollars into our state money. It is predicted to be sold at only $50 per ounce commercially!!!!

I'm not sure if you have it mixed up or I do, I thought the 50$ was the tax per ounce . . .

either way I'm stoked as fuck for this bill and I hope it passes.

Ye I don't know the exact details.

I'm pretty confident that this will pass. Because back in 96 when the vote for legalization of medicinal marijuana was in place, it passed with like 56% and 2/3 of counties in Cali voted for weed!
