wuddup?
these are greenhouse bigbangs somewhere around week 6, possibly 5. according to ghs they finish 7-8 weeks and im not really looking for couchlock. any estimates as to how much longer? im not sure whether the yellowing leaves are nute defficiencies, since i stopped feeding them cause the other lost 25% of their leaves to nuteburn (pussy ass plant). If u wanna go wild id appreciate a yield guess, ive got 3 of em, and im hopin for 3 Oz
peace

I harvested Big Bang a few months ago and I harvested slowly starting at 8 weeks and finishing up in week 10. I got 4 oz off each plant, excellent smoke and very nice looking buds. One of my favorite plants to grow.

thats inpressive bad dog. i highly doubt ill harvest that much, but the slow harvesting sounds like a good idea and i will probably do that aswell. i am only growing under a 250 watt mh with 2 more 20watt cfls with my smaller plants. Do u think i should start feeding them again with a 25% strengh? or should i just go water till the end?

Well I run hydro and I never flush the last weeks. I have done both ways and notice no difference in taste whatsoever. I have yet to see a plant that finishes from top to bottom all at once so I always harvest my plants slowly over a period of a few weeks or longer.

Dirt is a different story as there are nutrients already stored in your dirt.
Your plants look like there was some nute burn going on, I don't know how recent that was but if it was me I would flush that soil real well and run about 25-50% nutrients of what you were running before, this strain is very sensitive to over nuting. The yellowing of the leaves of BB is normal starting at week 5 or 6.

Also, one thing I love about this plant is how easy they are to re-veg. I put a couple of plants back in my veg room and within 3 weeks they grew into a very nice looking bush that was ready to flower again. Here is a pic 3 weeks after re-vegging, it is almost 3 feet high and 2 1/2 feet in width.

would you say that the density increases a lot in the last few weeks? because the buds are big but some arent very dense..

sorry to say !! but if your at week 6 you wont get more than 10-14 grams per/plant,,, witch isnt bad but far from what you expect

i strongly disagree, but ill post the results in this thread, will cut top buds in 1 week, harvest will be done in 2 weeks, so maybe ill have final dried weight in 3 weeks

how big where they mate must have had a bit of size too yield 4 each.

i got big bang in at moment just under 7 weeks flower and i,m giving them 9. i had to introduce nutes slowly because in my last grow they burnt up quite easy.

I flowered them when they were about 18-20 inches, at the end of flower they about 3 1/2 feet tall with tons of branches. 6 of them filled up a 4x8 area. If I remember correctly at the 6 or 7 week point I was feeling a little disappointed about the size of the buds but they did fill in nicely the last 2-3 weeks. The buds didnt look huge but they were dense and weighed nicely. I would say definitely go at least 9 weeks on them and possibly 10.

ill upload some more pics tomorrow morning, many leaves are rapidly yellowing but i really dont want to take them down early because i want to make the best of them. I switched from 250watt mh to 400watt hps today so im hoping that will increase nug density a bit. i also changed the light cycle to 11hours light 13hours dark partially as an experiment but i have read that this works out very positively

my bitches are late in week 8 now i think and i am wondering whether i should atleast take the topbuds down now. the one with the retarded half cut off leaves suffered some severe nuteburn.
