will 406w of cfls be ok to flower 1 plant?

ive got 7 40w 3000k and 3 42w 2700k cfls will this be enough to get nice tight buds or should i get another 4-6 of em to make em get dense? i cant use hps so cfls are my only choice but i figure 400w of cfls should be equal to a 250w hps right? i got a scrog like setup (no screen just tied down all the branches to the same height after fimming repeatedly and lsting the tops then tying down the branches that started growing upwards over and over again till i reached the point im at now,which is like 30-40 different top colas and many many more coming in) plant is 14-20in tall (im not very good at guessing measurements and to measure it would mean id have to take apart my stealth, hard to get at grow dresser
dresser is 23in by 18in by 30in and painted white btw i have a hepa air filter blowing on low most of the time, soil is bout 60-65f during the day and around 55f w/lights off

You waited less than an hour and gave up? Come on, man, not everyone is on your schedule. To answer your question, that's probably way more light than you need. You only need around 4-5 of those 42w lights. As your plants start to bud, judge whether areas need more light and add a bulb here and there if necessary.

Sounds like its enuff to me for veg for sure depending on the lumens of each bulbed added up will tell us if its enuff for flowering.. Have u looked into any fixtures? Theres a few T5 (4' and 2') fixtures that range from 10,000 - 50,000 Lumens depending on wat u can fit in ur grow space

my plant vegged a long time so its HUGE taking up almost the whole dresser. sorry i get impatient, its a flaw of mine did u miss the part about 30-40 top colas? [and their is no such thing when it comes to cannabis as too much light.

how much are t5s? and also what are enviro litghts

I know the T5 flours we just put up in a reno where like $6-$8 bucks a bulb. They give off a lot of light but I have no idea on which are best or even if you can get them in the ranges you want.
