The best people to ask are people you purchased from. If you got a tracking number use it and see where your purchase is and you should be able to guess somewhat closely from there when you should receive your purchase. If you did not get a tracking number ask the business you purchased from for one and then track your purchase.

Once an order from them took 3 days to process. Shipping was 2 days from there to MI. So that's, 5 days average for me. YMMV, depending on what you ordered.

ordered evening on the 12th, shipped on the 18th of February.

I hate that sometimes they say they've shipped it when they only transmitted the information to UPS that they have an outgoing package.

I think my order time is on the higher end, though. I think HTG is a reputable, good place to buy from.
