They are just a clearance item. Not used returned or damaged. And clearance items have a 30 day warranty in case you have a problem with any.
They're a good deal. Even if you don't have a 400hps yet people can grab used high bays, low bays, wharehouse fixtures on craigslist etc for as low as $25 or less ea and then grab maybe 5-10 of these bulbs and be set for a couple years. Cheap way to grow a lot of dope.

If you actually read the whole thing, I was reffering to wondering what type of lamp and if ballast included with bulb for $30.00. There's only 1 left. Maybe it is a 250 HPS setup for $30.00.

You would have to call and ask what that item is, and they may not even know on the phone. It weighs 10 pounds so yes I bet it is a complete setup with a ballast. But there's no telling what size it is, or type. It could be a mercury vapor or halide or anything.
Who wants to gamble?

Hmm I play with the shipping calculator and for 20 bulbs it says $12.67 in shipping and for two bulbs it's $8.67.
Seems like you guys ordering just a couple bulbs aren't getting the best deal.
More bulbs makes it more attractive...
