first off i'd like to say thanx for stopping by. i just transplanted about 17 grandaddy clones into soil a couple days ago. they are currently vegging under 300 wattts of fluorescents...BUT THEY'RE SUFFERING. if you look at the pics good you'll see that the edges of some of the fan leaves as well as a few growing tips are shrinking. i dont know if that makes sense but they're kinda twisting and shriveling. im thinking its a ph problem but ive been growing for a year now and never really had trouble with ph using tap water....i really have no idea wtf is going on with them...hopefully you do....

What kind of soil are they planted in? Did you use fertilzer? How was the mothers shape when you made the cuts is she showing any signs of stress too? Is their proper drainage holes in those pots? Could be a number of things so maybe if you tell us a little bit more we could help you.

If those have rooted, which i thought you said they were then they should come out of that. But if not rooted that is way to much green matter. They usually wilt pretty bad during the clone process, they will yellow also

Now that you say that, there is alot of green for that stem to support. Could be the problem too. Oh yeah...Hobbies

ey man are you using tap water from the city for the clones the floride in the tap water that the city puts in the water can react to the rootin gel or powder and could cause an chemical reaction that effects the rate of growin. Try usin distilled water for a week or two and see what happens. You can still fertilize by dont over do it.

i agree with the above two, if theyre recently cloned then you may have a support issue (the available roots cant support the plant). if that doesnt turn out to be the problem then you probably have a pH fluctuation. this will make the leave claw like they are. get a pH tester.

See my sig link.

Why is it when a plant goes south folks automatically want to jump on the "it's the pH" bandwagon? Cannabis is quite pH tolerant regarding element uptake. Stop blaming all of your ills on pH and learn what makes a plant tick. If you're not treating this weed like a weed, then you're trying to hard.

Good luck,
UB

these clones had a bunch of roots before i transplanted them, im sure there is enough roots to support the foliage. they are in a miracle grow soil that i've used with much success. mothers are in great condition and the clones were taken from the very tops of the moms. im leaning toward DARK, i think there is either somethin wrong with the ph or something in my tap water is fuckin shit up....besides using distilled water wha do you guys reccomend?
