Looks like nute burn.
The leaves that get burned never recover, but the upper parts look ok.

150ppm is plenty for such young plants. What was the ppm reading before you dropped it?

Best guide for when to start feeding is to wait until the first 2 rounded leaves die off. Yours are still in tact so I wouldn't have started feeding yet.

i have a few plants that same size doing the same thing, mine have a salt build up, you can see it on the bottom of the pots, flush the shit out of them man and they will look better the next day, then take it easy on the nutes

yeah stop nutes only water for 24 good job , then dont feed dude till those lil round leaves fall of , and that young dont pickoff the nute burned leaves just let them use up the nutes in the leave and it will dry up and die off ok. and yeah start like 150 ppm and each week go up 100 or so and find what works for you alwase start low and go up slow ok happy growing buddy, and intresting setup what are you doing for flower?????

seriously. thats got to be the coolest setup ive ever seen. did you build that with pvc? is uit a hard system to run? oh also are those the ufo led lights your using? whats the deal with the red light? nice work. hydro seems so frikkin hard. my head spins just thinmking about it.
