No, I wouldn't replant it as it will shock it more. All you can do at this point is to flush it a few times and hope it turns out for the best. Do you have a recent picture of it. As I could tell from the last pictures only one leaf had tip burn and those bottom leaves are the first to die off so thats no big deal. Is this your only plant?

I’m not sure that I agree. If it’s a slow release fertilizer, which it likely is, flushing it all out or most of it could be difficult and it might need so much flushing as to cause an over watering problem.

Either flushing or repotting is taking a risk of one sort or another or some degree of risk or another so I guess it comes down to what is considered to be the lesser of two evils.

Myself I would most likely do a bare root repot. I’d take it out of the soil and rinse off all the soil from the roots and then repot in totally new unfertilized soil.

My family owns a nursery, as in trees and bushes and not as in plants or taking care of kids, and now and then we will have crews fertilizing and since it covers many acres, it’s a pot in pot growing system, at times there will be some overlap where one crew will fertilize part of a row or an entire row that another crew had already fertilized and when the burn is spotted normally a bare root repotting is what is done and it always works and while his plant is stressed already if the types of trees and bushes we deal with can stand the stress a pot plant that is tougher than those sorts of things when it comes to handling bad conditions and stresses should be fine and should respond in a positive way very soon afterwards but that is only my opinion based on what we do with other things so don’t take it to the bank or anything.

I uderstand where your coming from, but a bareroot trans would shock the shit out of the plant if it's going back into soil, if it where hydro then done deal, but soil????

Flushin is when you add more than the required amount of water to it kind of like drowning it.

What I suggest is getting it out of the soil with slow realease nutes and transplant into something organic with no slow realease nutes....

Just take what it's in and soil and all and put it in some better soil....

Actually you take 3 times the amount of water the container can hold lets say 1 gallon with proper drainage holes then 3 gallons of water to flush it. I take mine to the utility sink and then continually watering until all 3 gallons are gone, with proper drainage of your plant your not drowning it your just trying to clear what nutrients you have built up. If it is nutrient saturated it will be a goldish brown color at the start by end it should be clear. Again if your using MG organic it should of been ok for your plant as long as you didn't add anything else. But you did add coffee which is high in nitrogen which worries me, but you did have problem before hand. Another thing on MG Organic is it is known to be cloggy which most people are advised to add some perlite to it.

I ended up replanting it into fresh MG organic without the coffee grounds yesterday, it didn't cause it to get worse but it hasn't got any better, it's still just yellowing and I think it's at the point where it's soon to be unrepairable.

I'll try flushing as my last ditch effort. When doing so, wouldn't the constant run of water through the soil cause it to compact? Should I break up the soil after flushing it?(to get some air through out it)
should changing to a 24 hour light cycle help?
should I water it less often?

To the guy who made the cfls recommendation-
I ended up going to wal-mart and buying the 8 dollar package of compact fluorescents you mentioned. some fucking bright bulbs. thanks man

eh bro you bought the 26 watt daylight 6500k the colors blue right????? This is the correct shit for veggin..... Once shes healthy she'll explode with new growth. I personally love to veg under cfls anf flower under hps.

Metal halide is good true, but you cant put a metal halide as close to the plant as a cfls LOL.

Either way you will still need to transplant, remember your soil has 2 months worth of slow release nutes. Once you transplant the roots can grow into better soil without slow release. Once your plant needs another watering I would highly suggest transplanting......

Don't do anything that little thing should be fine...Just make sure not to overwater, top of dirt should be a little crusty before you water.

I have it on a 24 hour light cycle, with two 65w cfls about 4 inches away now. it's growing again but still have signs of over watering (happened after I tried flushing it, shitty compacted soil.) also showing signs of either nute burn or nitrogen deff. oh and the newest deal is part of the stem is turning purple! yay this sucks...

I don't know about rules..lol...I use t-5 flurescents and very happy with them for veggin but when it comes to my flowering then I put them in a room with a 1000watts hps with a digital ballast...yowsie yowsie yowsie
