no. when you take them out, break them apart. or else they fight and one dies.
Keep your old wives tales to your self. I have recently taken to hempy bucket growing and successfully grow 4 plants in a single 20ltr pot with no problems at all:!:

they will fight eachother for nutrients and root space but i suppose it is possible just keep the root zone happy and flower those suckers

dude if you want you can take both tops and clone them and root them into 2 plants then the remaining you can try to seperate them then repot those as 2 more but, there tops will already have been topped. then if you did a good job you will have 4 plants!

Keep yourrrr wives tales to yourself. haha.

Your both right, depends on luck I guess. What can happen is they both fight for space or they tangle themselves up or whatever. And it CAN kill them.

If you have a big enough pot you might beable to have 2 fine. but its a maybe. Personally id do two 3 gallon buckets or a 5 gallon for each.

Yeah, i think its like gotten be acknowledged that both ways can be done. They people that say no are people that are telling you it wont bring you optimal results.

As previously stated it is not ideal to grow more than one plant in a single pot. You may be able to get away with it if you keep them small but why risk it? When plants compete for root space and nutrients, and they will, you may not see the effects until later in the plants life and you don't want to lose a plant in full flower when the other one strangles it to death with it's aggressive root system. If you are going to transplant definitely break them apart carefully and put each one in it's own pot. Don't risk keeping them together. My 2c.
