My girls have awhile yet, so won't get to taste the WW or PPP, or the NL, or the violator kush for quite awhile.
Well smoking sounds nice.......be back
i never thought of carrots. they might be better than lettuce because i would think they have less moisture and release it slower than lettuce. slower being the point of curing and all.Ive always used small peices of carrots,,,, no smell/odor at all and easy to get the small peices out when they are dried,,,, this method has worked for me for a long long time.......
true, slow moisture release is better, plus there is no odor.Ive always used small peices of carrots,,,, no smell/odor at all and easy to get the small peices out when they are dried,,,, this method has worked for me for a long long time.......

What if it's blueberry buds?Dont use lettuce, it gets old fast. Use a orange or lemon peel
old as in brown and wilty?? who cares, im not making sandwiches out of it later. it gets "old" because its doing what you want it to - transfering its moisture to the bud.Dont use lettuce, it gets old fast. Use a orange or lemon peel
or even take the sponge and run a line of fishing line through it, then loop around the lid of the jar, not the ring, and let it hang inside the jar not touching the buds....I cannot believe no one has dropped the slightly moist (not even damp) sponge.
It works and leaves no taste.
Make sure it is just slightly moist, if it is too wet you may get mold.
