Use Google to search. Put rollitup.org and whatever term you are searching in the box.

I know nothing of cardboard boxes.

Yeah you can grow it and smoke it at the same time. The whole damn thing will probably go up in flames.

If you use CFLs and don't do something extremely stupid you're not going to burn down your cardboard grow box. It can work.

"You're not going to burn down your cardboard grow box"? I'm not a huge fan of electrical connections and/or LIGHT BULBS inside of a cardboard box. C'mon, sometimes you just have to do shit the right way the first time.

I should of rephrased that "there are things you can to improve your chances of not burning down your cardboard growbox" ... Of course it can burn down, houses burn down due to electrical failures all the time.

Reconsidering, I wouldn't ever make a cardboard box myself.. Too many complications and the risk of fire definatly is greater, if something goes wrong with your electrics [for whatever reason] you want the most flame resistant material around.. In some cases it won't matter if you have wood, plastic, cardboard.. Your shits burning down anyway. Some could argue not to make it out of wood either, but there are more complications than just being flammable..

I will agree, do it right the first time..

Anything will burn down if you have a faulty light or any cords. Cardboard is no different than using a tent or closet. Unless you have a 1000 watt light touching the cardboard, but i doubt anyone with a brain would use a high watt hps in a cardboard box. Flame retardant material will decrease the chances of fire a little bit though.

Before i bought my grow tent i used a triple wall huge cardboard box. It was like 1/4 inch thick lines with mylar. I never had problems with moisture or humidity. I only used 2 t-5 lights in there though and overkilled on ventilation.
