Radiator reflector sheets: good in a cabinet?

I have seen some stuff in B&Q, its basically a roll of polystyrene with a reflective layer over the top of it. Would this be good stuff to line the walls of my grow room with and make a makeshift reflector out of for my fluorescent light?

i saw something similer when i went focus the other day.
but it was just refletive material not stuck to anything like polystyrene or anything
this stuff was for behind a radiator too.
think im going back to buy some this weekend i cant see why it would be any diffrent plus it was like a tenner cheeper then the insulated mylar

My thoughts exactly, I bought it. I'll post pics of my handywork when I get round to it.
