if i wanted to grow legally what would be the best spot to do it in the states obviously i am going to think calli but what part are you allowed to have the most plants

Its federally illeagle to grow or possess any marijuana anyplace in the USA. But under california law it is legal to possess and grow marijuana for medical purposes if you aquire permision from a doctor. North cali is the most promising to goriwng... this is because there are so many marijuana places in north cali that the police cant bust them all

I can not stress this enough while the Bush administration still controls the DEA.
IT IS ILLEGAL TO GROW POT IN ALL 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. FEDERAL LAW STILL TRUMPS STATE LAW IN EVERY SINGLE CASE. THE SUPREME COURT HAS SIDED WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF THE ISSUE.

don't worry about the plant limit its how much can you possess. here in oregon im alowed 1 1/2 pounds. 18 plants 6 of witch can be in flower. mature here is anything 12" in diamter or hight. cali anything that is in flower is consederd maturewitch is better that here. we are trying to changethat here the same way as cali. as to mature plants.
Statistically you have about a 3% chance of being arrested for growing/selling/possessing/anything to do with marijuana in the United States.

I think there are 16 states the legalized some form of marijuana... medical.. recreational... growing... im not sure which state is best but i have heard the most out of northern california
If you find a kick ass spot to grow in (nearly legally) then let me know so i can move my ass up there

Lol yeah for sure guys I have heard a lot about mendicino county and humbolt county but haven't seen any real hatdcore facts so I am going to keep looking

fdd2blk im thinking of moving to Oakland from L.A. well that or Ferndale... I know big difference there! I cant find any info on the Oakland Limits i know its 72 plants but is that per patient or household (my wife is a cardholder as well)... I emailed the director of Canorml and he didnt even know (dude lives in SF)said the limits were "unclear" should i call oaksterdam???
