Where are my buds???

Hi, so I switched my plant to 12-12 , 10 days ago and no signs at all of buds , did I shock my plants by swithing em 18-6 to 12-12 in one shot?

Also, besides waiting, check for light leaks. Big ones will inhibit flowering.
