can you change ALL ballasts from 347v to 120v? ID this one

i know a guy who is selling some used 400w hps ballasts with reflectors and bulbs for $25 each but they are wired for 347v. ive seen a few different kinds of ballasts and all were capable of 120, 240, and 347v.

this guy doesnt know if they can be changed to 120 and i really dont want t take the 45 minute drive just to check them out.

any ideas?

heres all he knows about them:

The lamps are Holophane Cat # MB1A-G-F1 and the ballast is # K72011 or K7Z011

and theres a pic if anyone can ID them. i cant find anything on the net.

ah....but i could buy 8 of these for the price of one of those...

ill just see if he is willing to take the access panel of em and take a look for me.
