question about CFLs please help!!!

hi, ive been useing a 400w mh 4 my seedlings i just burned up about 40, ive decided 2 switch 2 cfls until there strong enough for the 400, from what ive read 6500k and 5000k are good for veg is this right and if its where can i get them at fast? thanks all i dont know how 2 rep++ but if you tell me how ill rep you
