Who Knows Anything About Generators?

yeah i know i wouldn't need a generator like that but it was nice.. wow i had no idea it could support that much electrical equipment, that's crazy. Anyone have any idea how much diesel gas would cost a day to run it? I'm thinking no more then 200 a day.. which wouldn't be much when u think of the grand scheme of things.

Amigatec - how much does it cost to run your generator ?
I don't have it hooked completely up yet, but this runs on Nat Gas.

A Generator that size would have a 350HP Diesel engine, the same size as found in a Tractor Trailer rig.

The rule of thumb on Generators is the HP is twice the KW output. This Genertor is rated at 168KW double that and you ~350 HP.

It would probably burn 100 gal or more in a 24 hour day.

all magnets? makes no sense start small if you are green, ps you are! generators always run on some form of fossil fuel!

here is more info on the first example, and the patent information

no sense? In the first example... the news cast.... power is only used to turn a small dc motor, the dc motor then turns an induction motor by the shaft, producing voltage through the windings converting it to an ac sine wave. The way you get the extra power boost is through the magnets in the induction motor. It has been tested, and a patent in over 100 countries. Believe people this is the new future of power. The dc motor is also supplied power by the induction motor wich produces the power. There is more than enough left over (%400 more than the origional input.

The second one with just magnets turns by magnet attraction and repultion. By closing the outer part and moving it closer to the magnets in the rotor it begins to spin. The rpm of the unit builds up speed and maintains it through magnetic induction. Free power.

FREE POWER. An american company just baught the rights to the patent and is expected to begin production by the end of this year. So weather it makes no sense or not... its comming

I am the one selling the generator that was posted in the first message on this thread. We have a few for sale in different sizes. Feel free to call us if you are interested. They are Movie Silent and run in the mid 50db range for sound (EXTREMELY QUIET). We are also willing to entertain cash offers, and can answer technical questions for you.

Thanks,

Dan

you can buy generators that make almost no noise...
