i started doing this years ago. simply put a fat nuggy next to my bed with a packed bowl load next to it. set a timer for 1 hour. go to sleep. when the timer goes off, wake up and smoke the bowl. pack a fresh one then reset the timer. do this every hour every night. gradually stop setting the timer. you will still wake up every hour. soon you will be able to do this without the timer at all. now comes step 2.
step 2. when you awake every hour try not to open your eyes. smoke the bowl load and refill it without opening your eyes. once you get this down then start doing it without sitting up. get to where you can do it with minimal effort. before you know it you will actually start smoking in your sleep.
i smoke 2.7 grams a night, in my sleep.
