Molasses, what is it good for?

Wow lot of people either love or hate it. I think the people that hate it dont fully understand what it does. Molasses is good stuff and I plan to use it throughout the grow. I would like to thank everybody for their comments, both good things and bad things. Learning new things is why I became a member to this site. keeping an open mind is what got me growing in the first place. Thanks to all.
P.S. Check out my thread on PPMS and what would be a strong dose of fert. I would love lots of feed back on that.

I've done my research and I think you are full of shit.
You said in a post that you water your plants with nutes every morning and flush with water every evening.
All you can do is call me names and say bullshit to anything you can't comprehend.
I've been growing for 36 years now and I dont need some small minded egomaniac shitting on my posts.

This is actually one of the truist statements I heve read on this site.
If you are lucky enough to be able to grow outside in the sun is not anywhere as difficult as people think.
Good soil and climate where I live it's so easy to grow plants like fdd2bbk that a child could do it.
My biggest challenge is now having to grow in a small space with no chemicals.
I'm allergic to most food additives so I need to keep my grow a organic as I can.
This is one of the reasons I use mollasses.
Anyone that says bullshit hasn't researched it, there's plenty of info as It's been studied in organic farming for over fifty years now.

yes, i water with age old organics when i do feed. i don't understand the controversy you're trying to point out. i guess my pics are photoshopped.

i can fully comprehend 2 pound plants in 5 gallon pots with NO molasses. what else matters? hehehheheheheh

i'm a child. but i grow mean pot.

i agree molasses may be a good idea

but it seems people are gettin edgy and asking about using sugar and what not....
dont use sugar like posted earlier it only helps the soil not the actual plant.. but with the soil being helped alongthe plant thrives better... thats lamen terms....

sorry to say i have to disagree on one aspect as well... umm if you starve your plant for water and give it really saturated sugar water the plant will gain weight because its starving and all that it can get is sugar... i posted on another post and said that this is the only way sugar can work... and it is

mollases on the other hand ive been looking into (its a bit diffrent to sugar ya know) so i can see what people are trying to get at but. like the dude said it mainly helps with soil and in doing so helps the plant...

id say you can fuckup a plant with the stuff you can fuck a plant up with almost anything and make them suck up more diffrent shit than youd think capable under certain conditions... but the fact still stands i dont see wat mollases can do that the can help the plant its sweet and yeah. its up to you i relayed what people say

ive thought about seeing if its true.. but i think its a load of crap to be honest. and i dont see how makin the plant live in the shit can actually benifit it too much.. or the soil either...

i think most people here fall for too much shit.... an even if it did work and you getan end product.... dont brag smoke itfirst and then... tell us how it was (dont lie either)
i know the sugar trick sux ass. when you do pull it off the smoke is shithouse...

i'm pretty sure the plant does NOT even take up the molasses. it's the soil you are feeding. plants produce their own sugars. it seems most people think that feeding with some "magic" formula is going to give them good yields. good genetics and a happy plant give you good yields, not molasses. but what do i know?

i had never heard of or tried molasses until i joined this site. i gave it a full year of solid testing. i saw NO differences. i did side-by-side grows. nothing. i stopped using it. i still have HUGE yields. either i'm magic or it's bullsh*t.

i don't think i'm magic. i'm just some dude, high on his couch.

How do i get such good results WITHOUT using molasses?

i grow in miracle grow, fox farms, happy frog, back yard dirt....... indoors and out. same results all around.
