im using 3 26w 6500k daylight cfl and 1 30w 2700k cfl, fan, distilled water, one plant, its a mix strain turning purple all over. with what i have, im looking to yield max amount of bud i can, so theoretically, how long, height would i have to grow until i can yield an oz, 2oz, qp, or more? of course its dependin if its a female but go with the flow, thanks! right now its bout 5" but im willing to let it grow as much as needed just want to know what it is.

If you start 12/12 at around 12" you should end up with at least a 2 footer. I think an ounce is a reasonable expectation under optimal conditions. Depends on strain and how bushy your plant is(among other things) so that's not a definitive estimate.

WOW!! Nuttin like counting your chicks before they hatch heh? Hopefully .5g per watt maybe? I think you should get an O per if it goes well

with those lights maybe a 1/2 oz but dont count on it. Get some bigger lights and you will profit hugely. What strand you working with?

i dont know what the strain is, my friend gave it to me, all i know is it has both sativa and indica leaves but relatively short not tall. what would u consider for bigger lights..excluding mh and hps, i prefer not to spend the money on these so i'd keep it to cfl..just get bigger watt cfl? thanks though

Gotta be honest with you I have only used cfl a couple of times. Each time I see about a 50% loss in yield. I used the 4 foot long cfl ballast that holds 10 skiny little bulbs. They work great for cloning or first stage of veg. But if you think about it, spend the money now on at least 1 MH or HPS, at least a 400 watt. It will pay off in the end.

ok fellas i took your advice and got more lights. i had 2 26-30w 6500k cfls on one plant. now i had 5 6500k cfl on every side of the plant including the top. i know it will produce more heat so my fan is running so im just hoping adding more lights will really help. is there anything physically i can do to prevent my plant from turning into a hermie? im not in flowering yet but just curious.
